This patented heating system for whirlpool baths captures and recycles the waste heat "energy" produced by the pump/motor and delivers that heat to the bath water. The Thermal Wrap system will maintain water temperature and prevent heat loss caused by the whirlpool action. The system allows the motor to run cooler; increasing the motors longevity and efficiency. There are no moving parts and nothing to wear out.

Capacitor Kit Three port models available for whirlpool bath pump/motors requiring 100% drain down and for spa pump/motor requiring only 2 port models. Available in various lengths to take maximum advantage of total pump/motor surface, including 48 and 56 frame motors with external start capacitor(s).

Barbed Unions

Barbs / Fittings Many pump manufactures supply their pumps with "Thermal Wrap" connection ports already molded and built in to the pump. For those manufactures who don't, we supply Double and Single barbed adaptor unions to make the installation quick and easy.
  • There is NO return on any item(s) that have been installed.
  • There is NO return on any electrical items including but not limited to circuit boards, topside controls or heaters.
  • All uninstalled item(s) may be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for  refund unless otherwise noted as Not Returnable.
  • Item(s) must not have been installed, in the state you received them and in the original packaging (some items have a security tag)
  • We do not credit shipping charges.
  • 25% restocking on all returns within 30 days.
  • No returns after 30 days.
