Highwood USA is the leading supplier of hot tub cabinet material to the world's best known spa brands. Now you can refurbish your old hot tub with the same ultra low maintenance material using these "panel system" kits. Available in both "flexible corner" (to fit hot tubs with a radius corner) and "square corner" (to fit hot tubs with a square corner) these kits are 33" high and work for most tubs with a maximum side-length of 96" (corner to corner).
  • Innovative panel design makes this kit easy to install.
  • Each kit contains 8 side panels (2 per hot tub side), 4 corners, trim pieces and 72 stainless steel screws.
  • The kit has been designed to work any spas with a maximum cabinet height of 33”
  • Maximum corner to corner dimension of 96” long
  • The flex corner kit will fit any corner radius from 5" to 12" and the square corner kit is designed to replace mitered wood corners.
  • This is the exact same material that we sell to the worlds leading hot tub manufacturers and is used from coast to coast.
  • Our synthetic wood is unique and is truly "natures closest rival"…water will not penetrate or damage your new cabinet, providing years of worry free use.
  • The panels in the kit utilize our 3" T&G pieces (side panels) and 1.5" T&G (on corner flex) backed by black Coroplast. The square corners are 100% highwod material.
